Every order at NowAndThenTees is made specifically for you when you place it — that's what keeps things fresh, less wasteful, and worth the wait. Here's what to expect.
Production Time
Before your order ships, it needs to be made. Allow 1–3 business days for printing, quality check, and packaging. During peak holiday seasons, production may run a day or two longer — we appreciate your patience.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order ships, transit times depend on your location:

Delivery dates are estimates — we're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs holdups, or weather events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart weight, delivery address, and the shipping speed you select. No surprises — you'll see the exact cost before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number at the email address you provided at checkout — usually within 1–2 hours of shipment. Give the carrier up to 24–48 hours to reflect movement in their system.
International Orders — Customs & Duties
We ship to many countries worldwide. A heads up for international customers: customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your checkout total. These charges vary by country and are outside our control.
If a package is refused at delivery due to unpaid duties, it may be abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.
