How It Works

Every order from NowAndThenTees is covered by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for full store credit equal to your purchase price.

Store credit never expires and can be used on anything in the store — whether that's a replacement in a different size, a new design you've had your eye on, or anything else we carry.

Returns

To return an item:

1. Make sure your item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
2. Ship it back within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date
3. Use a tracked shipping method — we're not responsible for packages lost in transit

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued to your account within 3–5 business days.

Defects & Misprints

Got something that doesn't look right? We'll fix it — and you won't need to ship anything back.

If your item arrives with a print defect, manufacturing flaw, or damage:

1. Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@nowandthentees.com
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
3. We'll issue full store credit or send a replacement — your call

This covers everything from a misaligned graphic on your America 250 flag tee to a color that printed off on a custom photo shirt. If it's our fault, we own it.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom photo shirts and personalized designs are made specifically for you, so we can't accept returns on the basis of a change of heart. However, if there's a defect or misprint, the same 7-day photo claim process above applies — full credit, no return required.

A Few Fine Print Items

• Store credit is issued, not cash refunds
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable
• Final sale items are not eligible for return
• If the cost of return shipping exceeds your item value, email us before shipping — we'll work something out
